1. Services Overview

AI Quick Hiring provides an AI-driven career platform that includes:

• Job & internship discovery across various domains.
• AI-based job recommendations, resume analysis, and match scoring.
• Job assistance services, auto-apply features, and optional add-ons (Job Protection, etc.).

2. Job Guarantee Disclaimer

We provide job assistance, career guidance, and exclusive opportunities only. AI Quick Hiring does NOT guarantee any specific job offer, employment, or minimum salary. Hiring decisions are made solely by recruiters and employers.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in your profile, resume, and documents.
• Not misuse the platform (e.g., automated scripts, fake applications, harmful content).
• Not upload false, defamatory, or illegal material. You retain ownership of your resume but grant us a license to process it for matching purposes.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments made for subscriptions, premium features, or add-ons are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Subscription plans grant access to enhanced features (e.g., priority applications, advanced AI analytics).
• Pricing may be updated at any time. Continued subscription after pricing changes indicates acceptance.

5. Internships & Certificates

Where applicable, certificates of completion are provided after successfully finishing designated tasks or programs. Internship opportunities vary by partner organizations and are subject to their own selection process.

6. AI Recommendations & Auto-Apply Feature

• AI suggestions are generated based on your profile, skills, and recruiter criteria — they are informational and not binding.
• Auto-Apply: If enabled, the system automatically submits applications based on match score thresholds. Final selection and hiring remain at the recruiter's discretion. We are not liable for any hiring outcomes.
• AI Quick Hiring is not responsible for employer decisions, interview results, or job offers.

7. Job Protection Add-on

The optional Job Protection add-on provides enhanced assistance (e.g., resume reviews, prioritized support) for a limited period (e.g., 30 days). It offers guidance and support, not a guaranteed job outcome. Terms of each add-on will be specified at purchase.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in:

• Fraudulent activity, fake profiles, or impersonation.
• Misuse of services, spamming recruiters, or violating any applicable laws.
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Quick Hiring and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of employment opportunities, salary expectations, or emotional distress.
• Decisions made by third-party employers, recruiters, or hiring partners.
• Technical interruptions, delays, or data inaccuracies beyond our reasonable control.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "effective date". Your continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or competent courts in the jurisdiction where AI Quick Hiring is headquartered.
